My grandparents are heavy on my mind this morning. My spirit lead me to this song. I've never seen this performance before. I know one thing, I feel so much better. I feel uplifted and clearheaded. Miss Armstrong sang the foo' outta this song. When she hit that *me* part at 0:44, come on! That's my part. The white people in the audience didn't understand any of this glory. Excellent performance.

I love to hear soul-sangin' Gospel music like this. Like Oprah said - "she can sang". This type of singing speaks to the adversities (particularly to African Americans) regarding the struggles and issues we face in our every day lives. The expressions though of some of the people in the audience crack me up. The white guy at 1:00 is like "what's going on here...I don't understand'....and the black lady at 1:23 is like 'ya'll its about to go down in here".
