I was married for 25 yrs when my then husband said he wanted a divorce !!! He said he did not love me anymore so really was a kick in the teeth . Took me a while to recover but now I’m happy within myself and can honestly say I don t need a man to make me happy !! Xx

Vanessa, Be strong, and love yourself because you are the best you. I have been through this, and I watched comedies, enjoyed my hobbies, and hung out with my friends and family. I knew that was the best thing that happened, or else it would have been a million times worse. I cried whenever I needed to, I wrote down a lot of feelings and thoughts about why I was important, all the bad stuff, and how I could impact the universe in some small way. After putting my negative thoughts on paper, I sent them through the shredder. It was one of the best things that I had done because I allowed me to experience catharsis. Through the process, I was able to heal, and I really thanked the universe for giving me the strength to heal. You are amazing, and you will be absolutely fine.
