A friend of mine who felt fine, no symptoms, had a routine mammogram and was mistakenly given another woman's results of Stage 4 breast cancer. The doctors didn't realize the mix-up for two weeks. It was her oncologist that caught the mix-up. But, during the two weeks between getting the (wrong) diagnosis and waiting to see the oncologist, my friend had cancer symptoms: Breast pain, vomiting, fatigue, her breasts started swelling and the skin became like the skin of an orange... she even developed an inverted nipple..... classic symptoms of breast cancer. She lived like a cancer patient for two weeks until she went to see the oncologist who ran his own tests and found her breasts showed no signs of cancer inwardly even though her breasts outwardly looked cancerous. As soon as she found out about the mix-up and that she did not have cancer.... BAM!... the nausea and pain and fatigue stopped immediately and her breasts went back to looking normal although this part took another two weeks. True story. Just shows the power of the mind, the power of belief. My friend had what I call "mind-body cancer" not real cancer because she 100% believed what the doctor told her even though the doctor was 100% wrong.

Changing the way we speak is crucial. In Proverbs 18:21 of the Bible we are told that life and death is in the power of the tongue and in Deuteronomy 30:19 we're told that life and death, blessings and curses are set before us and we get to choose which one we take upon ourselves... and then it gives us the answer: "Choose life! so that you may live." Notice it says "live" not just so that you can exist. So according to the Bible it seems that every time we speak, we are either blessing or cursing ourselves (and others). So curses aren't something put on you by some practitioner of the dark arts... and blessings aren't something imparted to you by some priest.... although we can receive both if we believe and receive what those people speak over us. Doctors curse people every day with their bad reports: "You have this" "You have that" and the patient believes it therefore they are cursed. Similarly, when the doctor says "Your tests came back fine, nothing's wrong with you" the patient believes it and they are blessed.

It’s an interesting discussion, especially with long Covid, and thank you as always. Delta Variant though was real. I am normally a fit person, but personally caught it, and the severity of symptom was straight forward in a matter of 2 days, before I even had any signs of illnesses or infection, EXCEPT that day, when I felt something in my throat but wasn’t serious- the day when I was out in contact with other people. The following night, I was coughing badly till I can hardly breathe and eventually felt weakened. My voice wouldn’t come out, as if I was on my way up on Mount Everest, that kind of exhaustion. Thought I was going to pass out. My sister gave me capsules to take, Azithromycin, still couldn’t sleep whole night, struggling with my breathing. However, the following morning, the amount of phlegm that came out from my lungs was unreal. I wondered where it all came from…over just a short period of time? Luckily I survived. But sadly, 3 people I knew in that gathering didn’t, and some had gone through similar experiences I had. I completely recovered after 5 days, and came back to my normal routine. A kind of experience I could never forget..but I believe it began to develop trauma in my subconscious, unknowingly, and likely to accumulate more with what’s going on in the world at that time. The fact, the worst thing hit me most was the “impending doom episode” right after my second vaccine- that was when my worst anxiety began…I agree that when fear is severe, it creates imbalances. The brain is overly protective..that it won’t send you to sleep and become sleep deprived- that’s where all the problems start. Just be patient with it, know that when any symptoms start especially dizziness and off balance, your brain is trying to process, it just can’t do it as quickly like it normally does, but it can all be reversed with time, when we learn to be calm and relaxed.

@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou 18 сағат бұрын
My view on this... When we are in crisis / fight or flight - our immune systems do not function optimally. When we create credible evidence of safety and get out of fight or flight more often, the immune system returns to optimal performance and the recurring infections are dealt with by a more robust immune system.

Everybody's a coach. I'm sorry but just recovering from something - anything - does not qualify a person for becoming a professional coach who charges money. Yet we see that regularly in this community. The point of my comment is not to slam this guest or any one person in particular, just be careful who you hire to help you because just because someone healed does not mean they know what to do to help you heal. We don't talk about this in this community and I think it's the elephant in the room.

Tricky stuff isn't it. I mean, you wouldn't want to work with someone who never had symptoms either. I think each journey is unique and a universally prescribed formula to healing probably won't do it for most people. I would be wary of any program charging a lot of money for a magic formula too, given the symptoms are coming from our unique unconscious. Unfortunately, it's easy to take money from desperate people. No one practitioner is going to heal us either, we have to first find our path and then do our work, it an't easy, but it is possible. Good luck everyone we can do it!

It is true, but if we start questioning that, we should also question the medical system where 95% of trained doctors have zero wisdom about the mindbody interaction, which leads to wrong diagnoses and useless treatments, sometimes harmful...to me, this is more alarming than TMS coaches who at least provide some relief through helpful knowledge, empathy and shared experience.

I agree. I worked in hospitals (in Britain where it isn't about money), and medics are trained, regulated, monitored and are able to distinguish red flag symptoms like cancer, sepsis, stroke etc. I think there's an enormous amount of wonderful stuff emerging right now, neuroplasticity, the knowledge regarding the brain's ability to recalibrate, grow, set up new connections at any age. The fascinating correlation between the gut microbiome and cognitive health. The other thing is that everybody is a distinct organism with a distinct DNA and gene expression. There is no one size fits all in health and wellbeing. If this were the case no-one would ever be sick or die. It mustn't be the case that people are led to believe that they remain sick because they didn't convey messages of safety to their brains. Where healing happens it's wonderful, and I wish it for everyone here.

Sorry - a bit unrelated, but what’s your take on autoimmune issues/disorders? Recently, following a period of stress, I have been struggling with some severe localized inflammation of the sinuses. I was having extreme pain and bleeding daily. And via blood work it seems likely I have an autoimmune disease called Wegener’s vasculitis, which is pretty alarming to me. It all seems so random to me as I am a relatively young and healthy person. The only thing I know is that I have been extremely anxious for the past few years and I have struggled with panic attacks, PPPD, headaches and other PDP related symptoms before. It’s just harder for me to wrap my head around the fact that this may be PDP too. Ever since the abnormal blood work results came back I’ve been extremely anxious, panicked, dizzy and fatigued as well. Any guidance would be wonderful, thanks so much.

Look into any books you can find by Doctor Hamer. I'm working with a wellness coach who healed himself of chrons by adopting this healing paradigm called "New German Medicine." Dr. Hamer and Dr. Sarno would have been good friends. Basically, it's similar to. aTMS response according to this philosophy. The person has an unresolved "trauma" or emotional event and the symptoms are a healing response. But the person most often worries a lot about the symptoms and doesn't trust in the intelligence of the body - it creates a perpetual cycle. I manifested away autoimmune - tested negative. But I've been working to change my state of being and understand this framework because of a different issue, which still relates to unresolved emotions and not feeling safe (what Dan talks about)! Also, consider reading more on law of assumption and learning about how your consciousness creates your reality. Ultimately, the answers are within you. You can do this! Also, check out "morphic fields" on youtube for somepotential support/relief.

@@goddess117A Hello, Thank you so much for replying. I will definitely look into Doctor Hamer's work, along with the law of assumption and morphic fields. I think you are correct in your assessment that I don't trust my body too much currently - in fact it feels like my body has turned against me and is now attacking itself. That is what the bloodwork is showing. I am struggling to feel safe because of that - and also because of the doubt that this is a perceived danger response. I feel scared to the point that I fear that my life is in danger at times. Do you have any further guidance on how to create trust in the body? May I also ask what autoimmune disease you were able to manifest away? Thank you again for your advice and encouragement.

@@shrenapunj7771 Hey, Internet friend (who maybe believes in angel numbers) 😃 So, I never got an official label for the autoimmune because it was a functional medicine doctor who ran those original tests. But the tests showed Sjogrens (SSa and ANA tests). My test this year was negative. And I no longer have sensitivity to sun, fatigue or any of the symptoms I had associated with it back then. The functional medicine doc was actually of no help to me. I didn't get better on their food elimination diet. I felt really angry actually lol and ended up dropping most of it. I still avoid gluten, most dairy, and seed oils because that feels right for me. Food stuff is very personal though. It was actually using MMS (controversial) and then later the Bob Beck method (you can Google both), to remove pathogens that gave me significant relief initally. Basically, what is technically making someone with autoimmine or CFS feel so crappy is the excess of pathogens and toxins in their system. And that is happening because of the stuff Dan talks about IMO (even autoimmune). Actually, a long time ago autoimmune was thought to happen after a significant emotional shock to the system. There was some story about a lady who saw her husband killed or something - can't recall the details. But I read that as she relaxed and regulated (like Dan talks about), it went away. So, IDK when doctors changed to the belief that it's "incurable." According to "law of assumption," consciousness is the only reality. There is a Bible verse: as a man thinketh in his heart so is he. Basically, the work is to get back to the state of knowing you are not the character you've been playing up to this point. You are not any of the labels (good or bad). You are pure awareness. And from that place of awareness you can choose to change states and identify as something new. I won't say it's easy, but I've read too many success stories and experienced to many instances of thinking something and then seeing it or manifesting it to not believe it. For me, developing trust in the body is persisting in the recognition that I am NOT the body. There is a higher intelligence that created and runs the body. It makes no errors. We are the ones who block natural processes with fear, doubt, and worry. This can be done in many ways regardless of religious affiliation or non-religious affiliation. But I'm remembering this Christian lady who got rid of lupus by attending a Bible college and just slowly identifying more as "Spirit." On a practical level, doing deep breathing while slowly affirming you are safe... EFT tapping to lean into trusting the body and believing in the possibility of healing... and practicing mindfulness. It's OK to feel scared, but catch yourself when it happens. And remind yourself you are not your emotions. You are awareness. They can stay as long as they like, but you are not them. Hope that helps. 😃

@@goddess117A Hello internet friend! Thank you so much for this beautiful response - I really appreciate your thorough answers. It's amazing that you found relief from your symptoms and tested negative for Sjogrens. And what you said about autoimmune disorders being caused by emotional shock definitely resonates with me. I was studying for a big exam, but wasn't putting in the proper effort. Everyday I would berate and be rude to myself telling myself things like "why are you like this" and "you are a waste of space and you should feel guilty for wasting everyone's time". Eventually, I was telling myself things like "why are you even alive if you're going to be like this" and literally these sinus inflammation issues started a few days after that. And as the panic increased, my symptoms got steadily worse until I found myself here with this autoimmune label. I think I'm caught in that loop where now my fear of symptoms and my health/being alive are now the source of generating even more symptoms, if that makes sense. Like a positive feedback loop. Now that I'm on this note, I even remember, a few years ago for some reason, I would fantasize myself being sick/unwell so that people would take care of me and be kind to me. Of course now I don't think like that, but it was a comforting thought to younger me that people would take care of me. But from a manifestation perspective, that's kind of alarming. I hope I didn't manifest that - and if I did I want to undo it haha But overall, by bringing the body out of the danger response and communicating safety, I can bring down the overactive immune response? I'll definitely practice doing deep breathing and tapping to develop trust in myself. I'll do my best to get off my mental hamster wheel and be mindful as well. I love what you said about being awareness - I think you are absolutely correct. We are not the body or our emotions, but rather pure consciousness. I want to be mindful of this more often, because I often forget this and think I am the body. But I am not, I am pure awareness. Thank you again!

@@shrenapunj7771 You're definitely on the right track. And from what you've said in sharing some of your story, it all makes sense. Be patient with yourself like Dan says. That's really the hardest part. YOU have to change before the symptoms do. Some people seem to get those instant shifts in a firm decision and others gradually change as their brain learns to trust them. Of course, you can probably find significant relief by looking into what I mentioned earlier. During tough moments, remind yourself that you WILL get through this. And you "perfect Spirit" is always safe. ♥
