It was The Summoning, I got dragged in from Tictok. Then I listened more, then I hit the lore and then I went from the beginning to the new singles, died for a month waiting on the new album to drop, laid in bed and cried to the new album and then ended up in Detroit at a concert. I haven't loved a band this much since I was a teenager. If you love Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, 90's pop, jazz, Tori Amos, scream metal, and feeling emotions you didn't know you had, then Sleep Token is it. There's a reason to Worship !!❤❤❤

Metal is a journey, once you get a taste for it.. it's a wild trip to find what you love. I love a lot of music, but Sleep Token is a great stepping stone. I think a great next step is either Deftones or Bad Omens. The issue is slowly building yourself up to the ROUGH.. But once you enjoy the gutteral vocals, its a different form of art. I hated rough vocals for years, then loved it.. and all forms of music.
