Hi Mike. Great video. I've just purchased one of these and when putting it up using the pitching diagram i have noticed that there is a tension adjustable pegging point missing from the left hand side Nearest van) of the porch. The only way to secure porch is through metal pole ring. ON the right hand side however there is an adjustable tension pegging point as well as the pole ring (as per the diagram). I have spoke to vango they say this is normal even though it doesn;t resemble the diagram and it means there is not way of adjusting the canvas tension on the left hand side. If you have one in your store could you check if there is a tension pegging point on the left hand side of the porch - just to ensure it is not a manufacturing error. Thanks

Hi Rebecca That is correct, there is only a tensioning point on one side of the awning. The way it has been designed is you insert the pole into the fixed end first and then adjust the other-side to suit.
