Hi, sometimes I would like to use this as a standalone awning. Can I close the tunnel panel with a zip or will I need to just let the tunnel section sag down?

Could a tall version be fitted to a 2m van, or would there be too much material in the connecting tunnel?

A 2m height van requires a low awning. Otherwise the connecting panel will have too much sag. Just choose the Hexaway Low and not the Tall. The connecting panel is all about the height of your van, and the following applies. Low Version - fits vans with a height of 180-210cm Tall Version - fits motorhomes between 255-295cm Hope this helps
