I remember in MW19 how I hit like three shots at a harrier excluding the flairs, and it still didn't go down. Was the last time I used a launcher for anything other than people.

@@strayfu here an enthusiast of launchers in CoD since 2007. I had more than 5000 kills with the RPG-7 in MW2019. Yea launchers could be funny to use but Treyarch and Sledgehammer never want to make them funny. Only infinity ward has made them interesting in MW2 with danger close, but that was too long ago. If the camos system in launchers would be eassier and with some other different challanges addapting on every type of launcher it would be different. Imagine AA launchers having to destroy aircraft, and non locked having to kill some players (50 kills at max, 10 doubles, 1 triple, some land vehicles...). This would be better

Treyarch is so massively worried that explosives will be OP that they made them genuinely useless, but meanwhile they're fine with a stale meta that hasn't changed at all since the alpha. Remember when we had flamethrowers as normal weapons in WAW and BO1 as the attachment? They wouldn't dare do that again, because god forbid we have fun with things that aren't meta bullet hoses.

Or just fix the missile velocity. This missile is fast enough to kill you almost instantly on most maps but slow enough to make hitting planes a chore, which is surprising because Sledgehammers WW2 was incredibly easy and consistent for doing this. If the UAV was on your side of the map, you aimed at the nose and hit the tail. If it was on the otherside of the map you aimed a nose/nose and a half infront and it hit UAVs no problem. CUAVs we're different, they were much faster, but you could just call in your own CUAV and it would shoot down theirs. I could literally flick shot UAVs in WW2, how sledgehammer made this game so poorly I have no idea.

There's probably a sweet spot for this. The WW2 ones were very consistent, I could practically flick shot a UAV with the launcher by a couple months in to the game because it was so consistent, once someone finds that spot and shares it, it should be much easier.
