I've noticed the WRATH OF KHORNE says "At the start of the battle round, after activating Blessings of Khorne, you can select one or more models from your arm(aka 3). So does this mean that you can change who your WRATH units are each battle round and hand picking 3 units that get a 3rd buff?

Yes you pick new Models and the 3rd blessing at the start of every Battle Round. It's super versatile.

You're giving up so many breakpoints by losing the +1 strength, including a ton of damage, that I dont think this detachment is worth taking at all. Berzerkers are a waste of points here. They're going from str6 and 9 on the charge to just staying at str 5 and 8, while losing access to to +1 to wound with For the Skull Throne. To try to deal with vehicles, you've now got to spend 2 cp; 1 for the +1 str and 1 for the reroll wound rolls. Double the cost for less reliability. Punish the Craven is anti-synergy with Exalted Eightbound. I'm sure there's more issues that will be caught as well

You can regain +1S and gain +1AP with a strat for zerkers. I think people are going to end up with heavy 8B/X8B/prince builds with this detachment either way, it's got a lot going for it.

​@RoyalPurple.Paints it will only be useful if World Eaters gain Chaos Lords for free stratagems to pair Aspire to Infamy and Overshadowed by None. Otherwise its better to just run 6 Exalted or normal Eightbound, since they're going to be cheaper than 10 berzerkers, a character, and a rhino, while already having the 2+ damage and 2+ ap weapons.
