This is a beautiful, melodic and dreamy sampling of Nujabees' Battlecry released in 2004 ,l find Vanilla's samplings so innovative and open to different tastes with a jazzy flavor : so great keep on the good work HUGO. May God help you

Does anyone know why this vanished from the album on Bandcamp? Was it a copyright issue or was it meant to be a limited-time thing? Reaching the end of the album always feels so... empty now, I always come here to finish it off!

→ Hmm, that's strange, I did not notice that! The double-LP release of the album still lists the non-instrumental version of the song as the last track (i.e. the one in this video - source: www.vinyl-digital.com/en/EXCLUSIVES/Moonlight-White-Marble-Vinyl.html ), so I wonder if the vocal version of the remix was always meant as a LP-version bonus track, and the instrumental was meant for the digital release. → Who knows, I s'pose Vanilla could have hit some kind of rights dispute with Victor Entertainment (the label that released the Samurai Champloo soundtracks that the original Battlecry song is from). I know VE is definitely touchy about their music material because I've had videos taken down of songs from the Samurai Champloo soundtracks in the past, so that could be a real possibility.

Yessir! I think Vanilla used an acapella of Nujabes & Shing02's "Battlecry" from Samurai Champloo! (via: www.whosampled.com/sample/479303/Vanilla-Fuji-Pt.-II-(Battlecry)-(Bonus)-Nujabes-Shing02-Battlecry/ )
