My version also runs Mycosynth Lattice, because it synergises so well with your artefact hate and kibo itself. Also with the two/three "destroy all artifacts you don't control" cards it is basically a 2 card combo out of nowhere. My biggest caveat of the deck is that it does not do that much if they remove your commander, so I run a bunch of protection (the two boots, as well as indestructible/hexproof instants).

@mtgman558 i didnt realise that mycosynth is nearly double the price in the US compared to europe (same goes for the boots). my deck is actually close to a 100€ budget (with the exception of a proxyed ragavan).

Thank you so much! I’ve been trying to find a cool budget build of this guy for a while. What would you say the power level of this deck would be?

@MaskedGundam I mean I'd definitely call it around a 6 or 7 imo, the small problem with monkeys/apes is that without kibo the deck can kind of fall flat, when you look at other kindred/typal decks there's usually more than one way to pump up the types which is much harder while playing two types, and a lot of monkeys and apes don't do much, where as a creature type like vampires or dragons has really strong abilities on their creatures and is less reliant on their commander. Overall it's absolutely a fun deck and when I've played it in person it has a lot of explosive potential, where you win out of no where (if you can keep your commander around)

@@mtgman558 sweet! I’m fairly new to magic and I just wanna find a play style that I really like and I absolutely love this commander. I’m just trying to look for some thing that allows me to keep up at locals and I think this will be my ticket.
