Humble and approachable is correct. Even when she was a minister, all one needed to do was email her via her website their phone number and she would call and from an unblocked number. And if by chance one would be near where she was planning on making an appearance (for instance), she would also offer an invite to meet up in person as well. I got a chance to talk with her twice over the phone and she was very talkative. And even though her and I were strangers, the way she'd talked to me, made me feeling like we were friends for years. And just a note. I know I am not the only one that experienced this from her.

Fun fact she used to come into Saks in NYC all the time and get lingerie and makeup and a guy that works there said “Vanity used to come in here all the time with her FINE ASS!!” He was passionate about how attractive she was.
