Blessings Sis! Did you know there’s lasagna pasta that’s ready for use, no boiling needed. Also there’s spaghetti pasta that come in portion size, they look like bird nest in a package of four. I had to laugh because in decades of traveling throughout the US and abroad I cannot remember ever unpacking my suitcases after arriving home. I merely remove clothing pieces and travel items as I come to need them and return them to their home base after using. Eventually, a suitcase becomes empty (sometimes weeks later) and then I store it away! No judgment coming from my direction, lol.

Colorful paper plates! Have you ever tried sun-dried tomatoes? Soooo yummy!! I'll take another bite of the pasta, please. It's possible you accidentally threw your fork(s) away. Don't forget to pick up some more at Walmart. If you don't drink a beverage while eating, you can eat more. When I was little, my mom was concerned that I wasn't eating enough. Took me to the Dr. and everything but I realized years later that I was filling up on ice cold milk. I would guzzle the entire glass and it would fill me right up. Have a terrific day! Don't know if you do this already but you can portion your leftovers so you're not opening the whole bag. We store our leftovers in freezer bags but we put individual portions in a regular sandwich bags first, then in the big freezer bag. You can store different meals like that too. We do that whenever we have leftover Lasagna, Enchiladas, Chili, etc. It makes it easier to just grab and put it on a plate or bowl and throw in the microwave. You also don't need to have so many containers in the fridge/freezer. I love the idea of using lasagna noodles instead of spaghetti. It's like a gourmet, and probably much better tasting, hamburger helper. 😎👍

Just wanted to give you a tip about vitamins. It's best to take them at night . The reason is our metabolism slows down in the evening and our body will absorb more, that's also why it's not good to eat before you go to bed. Love your videos. I'm also from Michigan. Even when there's not enough time to eat breakfast it's a quick cup of cozy and it really does give an energy boost 😊 Doc wants me to take vitamin D cuz mine is still too low and I'm stunned 🫠 like feel like literal melting witch HAHaa it's surprising to come from PNW gloom to high elevation and 365 sun and still be lacking...like I walk at least an hour and hang in sunny yard and porch everyday. How long does it take to cook lasagna noodles in spaghetti sauce on your burner? It looked really great! You can probably get a back up “emergency” fork in Walmart since you are there. You are such a brave girl. I am the type of introvert who intentionally disappears into the woodwork in big crowds. I am shy around people. You have served in the military and have braved getting tattoos - you’re my hero! I miss adventures in my RV but I do love hearing your caution in keeping your batteries up as it was a top priority for me always. ❤❤

Hi Nomi I am on my second week replacing one meal per day drinking Garden of Eden's meal replacement. So far so good it does keep you full for several hours. So when you are fasting or in a rush, their shakes can be an alternative.
