Glad you posted this. I hate when people go out to party and disregard other campers. Families have the right to be out there just as much as these idiots. No one owns the forest.

Same!! Sound carries for miles and light pollution can be disruptive to people and animals…. Trash left behind closes sites and irresponsible campers ruin it for us all

This video made me love your channel even more because you clearly are much more responsible than some I have seen and considerate of others. That is even better than your kindness because it is about others also. You are a good person Bunny.

I just tried to always make sure that whatever I do doesn’t leave a negative impact on the land around me because I would like to be able to revisit these places. I think if we all did that that more of these places would not be closing.

I love these kinds of videos. The idea of finding camp sites is probably the most “scary” for me, especially with no signal.

I definitely understand starting out can be difficult when finding campsites so by talking through a process that I’ve had for several years and letting people see the vulnerability and that it is still sometimes difficult. I hope that it helps people to realize that they are not alone of this endeavor

Very good advice!! I am hoping to get back to a KOA I found in SC because the truck stop near by put up "No Overnight Parking" signs and me and 4 bobtail trucks needed to find a place for 3 nights waiting to pick up on Mon. I called that place and they even said the bobtail trucks could stay too and she put me, a van, and 2 others and all 4 of the bobtail in a area with restroom/showers and electric and water for $30 a night and real good Wi-Fi! I was the only one that had extension cord and a power strip!! But we all had a great weekend and with grills at each campsite, we all took advantage, cooked meals together and all left out to the same place at 8am!! I ended back there the very next weekend and a few more times! Camp host said she was worried about the trucks noise, that 1st time, but since has welcomed more and pleased to have us there!!

Hello 👋. Thank you for sharing this video. Perfect timing to. I went through this kind of situation 2 weeks ago. A guy asked me if he could park in a spot that was in front of me. I have no say in the matter. We were in our own separate spots. That's fine with me. But his rig(AN RV W/TRAILER). Every morning I woke up, out my front window well, there he was and his 37 ft. rv ÷ trailer. I couldn't say anything, out of respect. We were both in our rights. 2 days later, I moved. Now. A day later, I had to go to the store. I drove by his spot. The CONES were up. He blocked 2 pull ins. What's that tell ya? Long story, I know, but I had to tell someone. Thanks again for sharing the video and hearing me out. Your videos are always powerful. Keep in the Sunny, Bunny 🐰. 🙏👋

I’m sorry it was hard to find a spot but ai am glad you did. Looks really nice! I learn from each video you share in regards to camping, I never have heard most of this because I don’t camp. But I am considering it more and more because of you. One question, what do you do if you have a neighbor who is really loud? Do you move, can you report them? Is there a distance they are supposed to be from others?

We carry cones. It's a must when traveling. Safety first. To notify traffic you are on the shoulder. We travel with a fifth wheel and recently had a blow out. Those cones were paramount for our safety.

Some people legitimately do not understand the rules, which is why I make videos like this. Others disregard those rules and simply focus on what they would like to do. I think that that is an injustice to not allow themselves, but others as the continue to close as a result of them.

I worry about getting stuck too. I haven't stayed out in a forest by myself yet, but maybe one day...first I will stay in actual campgrounds with others around...going off by myself, especially overnight, is really scary to me....not sure if I will ever do it, so spooky too!

I stopped watching some of your friends because of how one of them handled a noise complaint by a neighbor. The other one did the right thing but then took her shade that the person complaining should move. No! This is the open land for everyone and people should consider others more than themselves. That is the world we live in everyone is only in it for them. Thanks Bunny for caring about others.

Just like to focus on just keeping it paused here in the channel. I can’t control what other people do, but if I can make videos to help others understand better what is coming directly from the forest service officers that is my goal. Education is always paramount here.

Not a fan of people who feel like they can do what they want and ruin it for others. I watch a lot of different kinds of channels and in all of them there are people who sensationalize poor behavior to get clicks or do what they want while bothering others. Not good. Not the flex they make it to be. If I were in a place like this I would be so angry if someone was screaming or playing loud music I could hear even when camped away from them. You are right if you wouldn’t like someone doing it then don’t do it.

Great video. Being very temperature sensitive ( i can get seriously sick quickly ) I often wonder if running a small generator would be annoying to neighbors in the forrest. Im an east coast woman so ive never camped west of the Mississippi. So far the only wild camping ive done is harvest host and they allow generators. In fact all of the rigs run their generators all night so none of us really hear them. They just become background noise. I've definitely been wondering how this could be a problem if I try to camp out west. Any thoughts?
@BunnyPlaysHere
@BunnyPlaysHere Ай бұрын
I think in most cases as long as you’re being mindful of the space and your proximity to others, it usually isn’t a problem. Most people who have to have a generator are not trying to blast sound super loudly at others they park away because they want their privacy and normally even though sound travels it is a gentle as opposed to louder things like music or screaming and as long as you’re being mindful of others, I don’t think you’ll have any issues.

I don't care if I don't have service. If I can be alone I love it. I don't worry about fear. I don't fear anything like that. I feel like if you can walk up to a campsite. It's more dangerous, but if you're out where people have to drive to get to u you're less likely gonna be bothered by others. I don't stress about getting stuck when you start getting all into that stressing over certain reasons why all the fun is left out of it, get you some things that keep you from getting stuck and if you are stuck that you can get out with those wayboars that I have, I have wayboards. I don't know that's what you call it, but that's what I'm calling it.

Exactly anytime you step out of the bounds of a city limit. You expect it to be a calming atmosphere, which is why people retreat to other spaces whether it is a desert campsite or a forest campsite or a mountain campsite we need to just remember that a lot of people are trying to escape the bustle of, the stressful world of cities to come out and recreate, and we all deserve that moment of peace
