Has got to be Stocks but of course, you have to be well informed on the right ones or better still, get a pro to handle it for you (that way, you save time and minimise risks). Made my first million this way earlier this year. One more thing, one can wake you up by 2am to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.

Having gotten into this channel for the investing advice, I think a really cool angle for this vlog (which would separate it from the million other vlog channels) is going about it from the financial freedom aspect and how you achieve and maintain that. I really liked the part where you showed the trades you did in the morning and it would've been great to see what work you were doing at the cafe. I would love a video just like this where you go through a day and talk about your expenses, how much it costs to keep the van running, eating out, groceries, gas etc. And then compare that to the money you can make on your investments, trades you win, lose etc. How much time goes into work vs. leisure. How much money are you saving by living in the van. Does this prepare you for retirement etc. Not saying every video has to be about money, but I would find it super interesting 😂

I’m sure you checked out all the cafe on that rose street. That area used to be a dump. Rose cafe was the only decent affordable restaurant. Now rose cafe is crazy expensive. Im a value investor under teachings and strategies of Buffett/Munger. Thanks for the scoop on Café Gratitude, and what were you munching on at 7:40 at the beach? Glad you're enjoying the So. Cal. beach lifestyle. I'm down there 2x/month bicycling or skateboarding, chillin', and love every minute of it. I started out pursuing a very non-traditional career (esp. for a 3rd-gen. K.A. with all family members holding grad/professional degrees and careers - typical, right?). But, I knew I wanted to get married, have kids, a house, and financial stability, so I bailed and also went the grad school route. Luckily, I ultimately chose a career that has provided me a lot of enjoyment, creativity, freedom, room to try new things,, and I technically have every summer off; and, I still have time/room for my other passions in life. So, I lucked out, but I certainly don't have the level of freedom that you do. I'm glad you're doing what makes you happy and hope that never changes. Cheers!
