Idli is not bread! It's south indian dish made of rice and lantils bater. It is steamed and usually eat with coconut chutney ,mint chutney, and sambar (lantil stew)

Idli is like an Indian rice cake, not a bread..you have separate dipping curry called 'sambhar' and a separate chutney- coconut chutney that are eaten with Idlis. You shouldnt be ideally eating chicken tikka masala with it. Indians will not like that. It is a part of the South Indian cuisine, in fact one of the main dishes and has to be eaten with its separate dipping curry and chutney. Hope you do a separate south Indian food mukbang in future and you get to eat their food in the correct manner🙂
