UK here, I might be wrong, but I think the broken column isn't broken due to age, but was made broken. I think it represents "a life cut short" we have one here at my local cemetery 'Bocking Cemetery' there is an ancient graveyard here at aside from the new graveyard which has one. If you ever need some inspiration and some photos, just ask. We have graveyards nearby here in Essex that are so old, they have skull and crossbones on them (plague era maybe).

Does the expanding glue ever cause you problems with pushing things apart? I have used PL300 which I don't particularly like but there is no expansion. I have a lot of gluing to do for my cemetery columns and have to reevaluate what glue to use.
@VanOaksProps3 жыл бұрын
It’s not too bad. I typically just do dots of glue rather than streams. It helps to minimize any potential expansion. I also think the skewers help a lot.
