oh that’s so sad to hear as someone who sings. i was really looking forward to hearing his singing progress over the year-had no idea that the cause of his voice issues was connected to singing itself:( hope he can one day get back to learning it safely (on or off stream) because he has some serious potential

I fully understand why he would never want to sing, again. Improper singing techniques have caused people to lose their voices, entirely, with no hope of recovery. If he ever does end up feeling like he wants to try, again, I hope he goes to a trained, professional vocal coach that can prevent this situation from repeating.

I feel so bad. I totally understand where he’s coming from when mentioning that he’s worried about losing voice again if he tries singing. What’s most important is that he remains healthy in general.

I feel sad for this... I may miss Vanta's singing but if its for his health, then I'll accept it. It's just sad because he was just getting comfortable and confident in singing after his karaoke... I bet it also means a lot to him when people asked for him to sing together, and especially when his mama complimented him. It hits hard when you are forced to be more concern on your health and be anxious to not repeat the same mistake again. I hope he recovers and can have the strength to sing again. :((

oh i feel him so much, i loved singing as a kid, but bc my voice changed and the person i was taking classes with never truly trained us properly i could never sing again... i still love singing, and i would love to go back to (proper) singing classes and see what i can do now, but yeah that incident took away my motivation for singing for years, especially when people would laugh at me for sounding like a broken record ;;;; still i hope vanta will find joy in singing again in the future, even if it's for himself ;u; 💜

He had laryngitis and then got sick with something else. Started month ago and he started recovering his voice maybe 1-2 wks ago.
