Scott - I'll see if i can send you a picture. Basically it is a piece of wood that I clamp on the neck heel and end of the guitar. I put expansion clamps under the saddle to provide the resistance. I am too cheap to buy expensive G-clamps to put through the sound hole so I made this solution..!!

Great video, thanks. I just got a 92 electro-acoustic vantage - VS-40CE-M, Do you know much more about them at all? Just started learning guitar and am wondering is it worth paying to have it setup. I bought a Yamaha APX 500 iii and the Vantage seems a much nicer guitar.
