My absolute favourite drink in Spain is Vermouth. Winter, Summer, whenever - I would drink it. Are there many Vermouth bars in the North?

I haven't seen any - I'm looking out for them in the south thats for sure! Do you drink it straight or mixed? Ice?

@@hollyexley I did get the sense, when I was last in Barcelona, that vermouth has fallen out of fashion a little bit. But I love it straight, on ice with a nice olive and slice of orange in the glass. I actually got some British red vermouth for Christmas (which I need to try when I can face alcohol again)

Must know Craig's recipe for tofu scramble please! Also how do you not get mixed up driving on the other side of the road? When I visited London years back, I nearly got run over twice for not looking in the right direction. I imagine driving must be tough to get used to! 😊

Craig says that google maps makes it much easier, it takes a few minutes to work out when you first arrive off the ferry etc, but google maps offers reassurance apparently! I definitely find it scarier - the way you have to look the other way on roundabouts etc. I would be constantly hesitating! Essentials for tofu scramble: black salt, your fav herbs and spices, nutritional yeast, a veg of choice - peppers is our fav but also mushrooms. Soy sauce is nice to add if it's tasting a bit bland.
