Sorry for the bad news Holly hope everythin gets better. That avocado is really perfect! Maybe you know this already, but the best thing to avoid it from rusting is with lemon juice :) Delicious food yesss. And great Salsa music at the end hahaha

I need a little mouse ladder for the visitors in my attic 😄, although we think that is rats rather than mice 🫤 … we are trying to work out what they are doing because they don’t seem to be there all the time… I guess getting them drunk won’t encourage them to leave 😄 I like brandy as a brandy sour, so adding plenty of sugar syrup and lemon juice, I also like it in vegan eggnog made with smooth tofu. I’m really sorry that you received bad news from home, sometimes having a quiet period of time on our own allows us to start processing those feelings, I hope you are okay, thinking of you and sending you a hug. 💖

Ooo brandy sour sounds great - and I am intrigued by egg nog , I've never had it. Does it taste a bit like custard?! Thats how I imagine it :D

So impressed with Craig's Spanish, I too started with duo lingo but also did a class once a week but my sentences are slow and not fast and flowing like Craig's. How long and how often has it taken for him to get to his level? How did he get to grips with his tenses? I've struggled with that. Only 4 vlogs left sadly but I expect a well deserved rest for you. All of those things - Craig says he struggles with too, he just shows off to the camera :D He's been on duo lingo a year, and had a tutor since September. He recommends an app called Ella Apps (it has an elephant symbol) for help with tenses. He likes the free app 'Language Transfer' which he listens to whilst we drive.

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve received some bad news. About the avocado, if you rub a little lemon juice on the surface after you’ve cut it, that’ll stop it turning brown. 🙂
