We love living off the grid, we miss our cabin in the woods so much! When we had the opportunity to live off grid in Mexico -we did not hesitate! It was a great experience getting to see the land and tour the area, before long we are on our way in the van tiny home to live it up down by the river (classic!).

Our Journey! How did we get here?
In the winter of 2019 we moved in to our self built van full time to begin living, working and travelling Canada. We quickly fell in love with chasing our dreams of adventuring off the beaten path, living off grid and being self sustaining. We drove our van thousands of miles through various countries-Canada, USA, Mexico & Guatemala. All of which we documented here on our channel, be sure to check that out! After many years on the open road we found ourselves 15 acres of remote woods on the East Coast of Canada where we are building a homestead and renovating our fully off the grid cabin. We are diving into this chapter of our lives in no experience, we're so happy we can bring you all along as we learn to do it all with our own two hands. I love when you camp or travel and live near any form.of water, esp the beach. Just being honest I am not into the hikes in the dry land though plenty of others are.. Awesome adventure. The scenery is fantastic. I prefer the quiet towns rather than big cities, so that small town you had lunch in was my kind of town. I had to laugh when I saw the two kids full of dirt after their swim and roll in the dirt. It brought back memories of one of our dogs that would go for a swim whenever she wanted and then come back and roll in the dirt, then my Mom would ban her from the house till she dried. My Mom would always let her in when she dried off. Love you two so much and please stay safe. Thanks for taking us along for the ride. As much as I would love to see Crystal ride a bike, it might not be the wisest. Take care of yourselves and the two kids.💙💚💛🧡❤

Well, I don’t know if Crystal will be cycling soon, but I hope you get lots of clicks. I wonder if you carry a satellite beacon (I use Spot) for times when you are out of contact. I’m glad you traveled with locals and found such charming spots to camp. I loved the Bella and Izzy swimming sequences, your zest for getting out there and YOUR FAMOUS POTATO PANCAKE RECIPE. Finally. I noticed Crystal squirted some olive oil on the potatoes before spicing them up, she didn’t mention it in the directions. Can’t wait to cook some up. Drove the Baja Peninsula twice in the 1980s in my Ford Van. Make sure to stop in Mulege, Loreto, Los Barriles and Cabo Pulmo.
