Overthinking को कमी या बीमारी के रूप में ना देख अगर लोग यह समझें की वो अपनी बुद्धि का अनावश्यक दुरुपयोग कर रहे हैं...जैसे तलवार रखी है, चलानी भी आती है तो प्याज, सब्जी , फल भी हम तलवार से काटने लगें..कुछ ऐसी बात है। Thinking एक टूल है...जो अति बुद्धिमान हैं वो किसी भी विषय पर घंटों सोच विचार सकते हैं..लेकिन यह ना भूलें कि अगर मन सक्षम है तो फिर हम उसे पूरे समय काम में लगाए ही रखेंगे, भई मन के घोड़ों को ध्यान की घुड़साल में आराम करना भी सिखाएं.. Just a Summary of the steps for me (& other people): 1.Exercise/Dance to Instrumental Classical music (w/o words). 2.Meditation - Vipassna Stage(focus on breath) first and then advanced stage(One where u observe your thoughts) 3.Bramhacharya 4.Take up a musical instrument/painting/any creative activity to activate your right half of the brain.

Ok , ab samjh aaya. Mujhe overthinking ki bahut dikkat thi but jab me meri favourite creative cheez karta tha (plastic miniature tractor making) to mujhe bahut accha lagta tha or vo bhi ese Doberman wala accha nahi balki permanent wala accha lagta tha. Iska matlab ye tha ki isse mera right brain activate ho jata tha or mere andar purani or over memories nahi aati thi 🙏🙏

Sir i was / am creative and also relatively successfull in education and career but i think leass creative , fraud money minded people are more successful and their worldly works are getting done easily and i am sucked up by doing daily house hold work , searching labour for work , i am a doctor but my career is spoiling because of funds that ibcant open my own clinic due to big investment and many rules. In the end i feel i failed in life.
