I believe Varg is happier than most people, he lives a simple life, he grows a lot of his own food and buys the rest from local farmers so he is very independent on mass produced food from companies. He obviously uses modern medicine if needed. He is respectful to mother nature and his mind isn't poisened by hollywood and the troubles of the modern society that has brainwashed people. We all need to be our own selves but Varg is truly an inspiration and something worth striving for in a more mad world.

We try to make these sheeple aware of what's happening, but most do not care. They want their coffee, big macs & Nikes & they don't care what it destroys as long as they "fit in". What happened to honor, discipline, self control, self sufficiency, etc.? It's becoming increasingly rare even to meet someone who tries to do the right thing rather than the selfish one, as most people are only out for themselves. All we can do is try to lead by example even if nobody is following! Sometimes it influences/inspires others to want to be honorable as well, & sometimes they only do it around you, but at least they're making an effort, it's a start & maybe eventually more will be honorable. One at a time is better than none at all, even though it doesn't seem like it would ever make any real difference up against the commercial mainstream. Maybe if there was an honorable & sincere celebrity that got through to the masses, lol! Not likely, as materialism is a driving force behind celebrity worship. But hey, you never know! Things do change, just not the way that pleases everyone simultaneously. If you are rich, buy a safe take every penny you can out of the bank buy Gold store it in your safe, when you need hard cash sell some. or better still use your wealth to support local business. Remember Banks and corporations are hand in glove, corporations are run using loans from banks, i.e. they risk your cash and savings not their own but they keep the profits. If everyone did this the world run by corporations and banks would collapse in a moment, all this bullshit that is happening cannot happen without your consent, withdraw it, disconnect from the mechanics of their corruption. Finally living a simpler life is a lot more complicated than just drifting along with the herd. I dont really like the term simpler life, because it is anything but simple.
