Recipe ingredients
240 ml (1 cup) Mango pulp
200 g (1 cup) sugar
120 g (3/4 cup) corn starch
Pinch of salt
½ tsp (10 g) butter

Made this dish today. It stuck to the inside of the loaf pan and stuck to EVERYTHING, instead of forming a cuttable loaf. Recipe needs to add specifics on how long to let it cool + how to properly grease the pan so it doesn’t stick after cooking. Totally delicious though.
