This entire episode shows that DIO isn't actually that powerful, he was just beating up on weaker opponents. As soon as the C H A D S arrived and revealed an entirely new power level in the series, DIO is looking more and more weaker. I dont know exactly how the violence mod works, but the reason the chads were able to defend against dio might be because they worked out so much, obtaining a higher fitness stat than dio

I honestly think it might be a performance issue, the Sims 4 sacrifices quite a lot graphically in comparison to Sims 3 for better performance? EA is a shit company and the like and expansion packs are extortionist garbage in some respects but I think the lack of colour wheel is to reduce system strain by having only a small set of textures to apply especially if every walkby townie had a custom set of hair or colours to apply rather than grabbing just the set texture (modding recolours are still possible in sims 4 studio which is super easy to use, so it's not as if you're entirely locked out of recolours if you're desperate)
