Those pins are the output of the microcontroller's pwm signal. The PSC pin controls the positive half-cycle of the wave and the NSC pin controls the negative half-cycle of the wave, essential signals for the full-bridge inverter to work properly. And yes, I plan to make an electronic sine wave variac later!
