Yea it happened in the comics but bor is much older than Thor so he should be on par with Odin in power so Loki really should not be able to do anything to him unless he uses something to boost his power like he did with Thor. That’s really my biggest problem with the classic and modern Thor comics most of the Norse gods are not really powerful when all of them should be able to take down pretty much all of earths heroes. For example balder,Heimdallr,Freya, and tyr should all be around thor our even above him but they often are shown as weak or not important.

It was ok. The humor fell flat sometimes and the "buck breaking" scene was unnecessary and too sexually explicit and out of place for a Disney/Marvel superhero series. Maybe it could have just been mentioned off camera with more family friendly dialogue. The special effects and flashback scenes were done very well but would not reccomend for children under 18 without parental guidance. I was also hoping for more Avenger to appear as well. Cmon Disney! Get it together! 7/10

It's not like frost giants are literally just blocks of ice. They live on jotunheim that has extreme cold temperature (so cold that even thor couldn't bare it) jotuns became adaptive to the cold and they also have magic to manipulate it. So yeah fire wouldnt be good for them as they are not used to it but it wouldn't like totally kill them
