from my personal experience after microscopic surgery if recurrence occurred then embolization is a better option because in embolization all veins are getting blocked (damaged or good both) but in microscopic surgery only damaged veins are fixed so if after that recurrence occurred then must go for embolization in my personal experience gold standard is microscopic surgery

Sir i had a bilateral inguinal hernia laproscopic TAPP 3 d mesh surgery 3 months earlier from a hernia specialist gastroentrologist After all my medication have now stopped.. i am feeling a small pea sized lump like a clot or something in my right right testicular vein on self physical examination...& Sometimes it cuases engorged veins..when i walk too much or stand too long stress myself. But its completely painless...or just mild discomfort.. its like a feeling of blocked blood flow.. Could it be result of a injury from surgery the clot like lump in right side testicular vein.. or i could have varicocele on the right ? I didnt have the lump before surgery or 2 months after surgery. Anti cougulants can remove that clot and lump or ill need embolization or surgery to remove the clot ?

It's most likely cause after hernia surgery.. mesh tacks or even haematocele kind of cause.. after scans I'd go visit my hernia surgeon itself.. Urologist diagnosis can be completely different.. ? With a different line of treatment?
