Respected dr , Am from Maharashtra .my mother have vericose alcer . Boils are coming around vericose alcer .What could be the reason ?

Iam from sri lanka. I am also suffering vericose vein wounds. From last september i amsuffering from this wound. I am using acticoat net but so far no good answer. Doctor pl. Help me to cure this wounds. Also please tell me what are the good treatments for this. My left leg wound is also same as your photo.
