Marco and Ace, in close second the admirals for me. They're annoying as hell. I'll throw Sabo in there too, as a character in game I hate him, same as Ace.

I liked Brook in OPPW3 more, his base attacks were insane now they got nerfed. For the OPPW4 Brook I use the shield break boost skill and for special attacks I use Prelude: Au Fer it instand freezing an enemy and nearly breaks his shield. The most annoying part for me is the Akainu part! He does so much passiv burning damage.

I've been playing though this challenge as well. Just finished Kaido. Brook was probably my least favorite so far, only because, like you said, sometimes his specials feel like they aren't really doing anything. The key with him was to use his freezing special, then hit them with his four-star special. making sure their guard is broken also helps immensely. His freezing special lasts a surprisingly long time, and sometimes I was even able to fully guard break characters while they were still frozen.

Brook is kinda mid character his specials are all one hit and does no gaurd damage his combos are mid overall he's just a mid character I'll put him at C tier
