@@constanzacer7 I don't let the women trick me into having sex with them. I would like to find a beautiful women that also has the behavior of a Christian Amish women some day that is physically and spiritually pure. Women need to understand that the HOLY BIBLE has the Ten Commandments from GOD, they are NOT the Ten Suggestions ! The HOLY BIBLE explains that there are spiritual people of GOD and there are spiritual people of the Devil. Do many people know which one they are ? Women in the USA have been secretly weaponized against men starting in the late 1920's with an addition to the U.S. Constitution. The 19th Amendment. There is an interesting book I read in the late 1990's titled, 'THE SERPENT SEED" an interpretation about the book of Genesis in the HOLY BIBLE about Eve having sex with the fallen angel Satan. Watch the 1975 movie called 'THE WICKER MAN' scene where the police officer walks into the graveyard. Angels cannot have sex because they are spirit beings, but is it possible that a fallen angel can have sex with a human women if the fallen angel enters an animal such as a serpent snake. The serpent animals had legs at one time in history, but GOD cursed the serpent to crawl on it's stomach by removing it's legs because it tempted Eve to sin as written in the book of Genesis. How did Adam and Eve know they were naked ? Satan (speaking through the serpent) explained to them how to use the penis of Adam and vagina of Eve for sexual intercourse. The Satan serpent was in a tree and it's possible that the "fruit" that Eve and Adam "eat" was actually the sperm from the sex organ of the serpent entering the mouth & anus of Adam and the mouth and vigina of Eve. After that happened Adam and Eve inherited Satan's evil, sinful nature. Their bodies changed drastically after they "eat the forbidden fruit" offered by the serpent to age as time went by year after year and got sick. Then also their body parts broke down and they eventually died. Ever since their sin in the Garden of Eden all people on Earth have inherited the Satan flesh nature. Look at the sperm cells of men. The sperm cells look like small little snakes (serpents) ! The HOLY BIBLE says, "Flesh and blood will not inherit the Kingdom of GOD." This is why we must be born again.... born again spiritually, because our Satan flesh nature bodies will not be allowed in Heaven to be with GOD. All people have inherited the Satan flesh nature from Adam and Eve because they listed to the lies of the fallen angel Satan. The LORD GOD KING JESUS will give born again Christians new bodies. "Long live the new flesh." ~ Quote, 1983 'VIDEODROME' It is interesting that a dragon is the main mascott of Communist China and is honored and worshiped by the Roman Catholic Vatican church in Rome, Italy. Read what the dragon (serpent) represents in the book of Revelation in the HOLY BIBLE. It represents the evil fallen angel Satan. UNITED STATES I. R. I. I know a lot of people feel Jamie Lee Curtis is being mean or condescending, but you have to remember that she is a highly seasoned actress coming from a different time in film, interviewing a musician and new actress in a very different time. Curtis is only wanting to truly grasp such a woman in such a time, and in order to do so, she must be critical. They must be critical of each other.
@BeautifulLies948 жыл бұрын
yes, I completely agree! Now a days, many people believe that being critical is the same as being negative. However, that is not the case here. I adore Jaime Lee Curtis for trying to get to know Lady Gaga on a deeper level and to know how Lady Gaga thinks as another actress.
@tnargtnarud8 жыл бұрын
I completely agree, people tend to forget that interviews are meant to usually be an in depth conversation on personal levels of a person's mind, ideas, and expression. Jamie wouldn't have been given this job if she wasn't good at conversing and probing, Lady GaGa is intelligent and can handle herself well. Imagine if this had been Katy Perry, Miley, or Taylor Swift; sheesh.

Couldn't agree more. This interview felt as if it was personal conversation being recorded. There were no pretenses. They were both two women who on some level are masters in their field, and respect each other. They were trying to get each other, but people took it as Jaime being negative. This wasn't a "what's your favorite color" interview that people have become accustomed too.

I love the teacher - pupil vibe I get from this conversation, at first I thought Jamie was sorta judging gaga with her questions but then later on it's pretty obvious she was simply trying to understand her and the person that she is as an actor would a character. It's great to see how humble gaga is about her acting skills and how even though she did a great job in Hotel she still knows there's work to do and she's trying to get some notes from Jamie and stuff. Great and very interesting conversation.

Exactly! People don’t want any criticism anymore. Even if it’s helpful. Society is too soft and sensitive. Lady Gaga loves Jamie Lee Curtis, and if you watch her, she is truly listening to what Jamie is saying. That’s called constructive criticism. It’s meant to help you grow, not put you down. People can’t grasp what constructive criticism is. They just want people to worship them even if they suck

GaGa is older for one, she was new to The Fame & I think that she wanted to really take the time to stop and think about what she was going to say before she said it. I don't think it was ever a "slow baby voice" but simply her being mindful of the words about to come from her lips. This interaction is a lot less personal where she's not being probed for her deepest, darkest secrets and such, or asked too much about her music, fans, love life etc... therefore she can speak more freely, is how I took it. I had a similar thought that her manner of speaking was also different than in the past but to me that seems the most logical reason as to why it has changed. Plus, I loved that "slow baby voice", it was very real, pure, and sincere.

this is an amazing concept. A win-win for everyone involved here. You have two new fan bases to reach out to every episode. Instead of having an interviewer and one star, you get two stars as the interviews and interviewees. Genius.

this was a great interview! i read here people complaining about Jamie Lee Curtis. why ?? she offered Stefanie that true moment and true conversation that she is talking about and that she wants. She told her about the experience that she has being an actress for so long and wanted to know about her true feelings and methods. great interview.

Such a joy watching these two exchanging personal experiences . One can always learn from the older generation but the younger generation with that fresh approach to life has a deep contribution as well.

at the end, what jamie lee curtis said about changing fame culture is so funny because it just proves that she may see gaga for this huge star - but i don't think she truly understands her art and purpose for being here. she is actually here to change fame culture in a large way - it's just something people may not recognize until she is gone, sadly. almost everything she does is a commentary on fame. i will say that i think sometimes jamie lee curtis proved important points but at the end gaga got extremely vulnerable and explained herself in a true way - and it just shows why no one should underestimate her. jamie was trying to prove that she was more calculated, but gaga is calculated for a very specific reason. she has to be as an artist in the modern world. jamie lee's points about openness and rawness and acting were good tips for her though - but yes sometimes she did come off condescending. but in all honest she wasn't wrong. it's just again a bit of a lack of understanding.

I love what Stefanie said about killing the moment when you decide to do the photo. Cuz, she really does seem like she would genuinely like to have just a regular conversation with a new person without having to "clock in". Working on the Vegas Strip, I've met my share of celebs, and of course, they're all over the spectrum with how much they want to interact with fans/people. But I've had a few who actually thanked me for just talking normal to them.
@maahir2628 жыл бұрын
I do agree with everything said. However when people take videos/ pictures with celebrities or at concerts, I disagree that they kill the moment. At a 2 hour concert an average individuals would have their phones out for just about 15-20 mins, sometimes a bit more. And I think the power of technology is really beautiful because 50 years down the line, when we can literally "LOOK BACK" on a memory much more clearly through a video, it will bring a huge smile to your face. I honestly don't see the harm in wanting to capture every moment. It takes a few seconds. And it doesn't mean we aren't living in the moment.
@MICHAELGHOULD8 жыл бұрын
i think she was more referring to when fans ask to take selfies when they meet her in person, that whatever normal human to human interaction she's having with them is gone the moment they ask for a picture. as far as filming/photographing concerts go, from my experience i've had 10x more fun at the shows where my phone stayed in my pocket the whole time. I realized that the beauty of seeing a live concert is witnessing the art through your eyes, not through a camera lens. thats what youtube is for.

We have largely forgotten the intimacy and relationship of performance to audience. It's different on the East Coast and Europe a bit, because there's always been a strong theater community that's always been respected. Like every relationship it's a two-way street. The performer gives the energy of the performance and the audience returns the energy back. We have forgotten that it's a relationship and we have a responsibility as well. To pay attention and participate. Entire concerts reduced to a murmur because everyone is recording and can't clap their hands or too distracted to sing along. We expect everything of the performer and give nothing in return. It's rude, inconsiderate, and selfish...and no one cares. Serve me. Nah, I don't buy into that, that's wrong to me. Put away the phone, live in the moment, let your mind and heart record the memory you'll have with you forever. Not some shit quality clip that's barely a shadowy echo of the real power in the moment. Call me old fashioned. =p

As a trauma victim myself I completely understand that she is everything she does creatively at one time. Trauma victims are very very good at internalizing characters and implementing the good parts of characters creatively into their self due to most if not all of their lives they are acting okay or acting differently for the world around them. Trauma victims are great actors and actresses.

The phones at concerts crap is far out of hand. It turns the ENTIRE audience into the kids who cant play cause they cant get their clothes dirty. No more moshing, no more dancing, no more singing along. I've been guilty also, and I was unable to really remember what Id just seen, because i was focused on being a cameraman, and I'm no cameraman. The real shame here is that I dont really rewatch those moments because the sound quality is crap, or the vid is awful cause , Duh, its a cellphone. Sorry for the tangent. It has just bothered me for some time, and to hear Jaime Lee and Gaga express the same validated me. I now can continue living. ; ) Love both these women. Have a great day y'all!

Out of all these Actors on Actors interviews I've watched so far, this one is the most interesting, and I didn't even really know who Jamie Lee Curtis was before I started watching. They're so selfless, they talk about art in such a true and inspiring way, and you don't feel like one is talking over the other or anything, they're equally as engrossed into the conversation, there's a beautiful harmony between them! I can truly tell that when Gaga talks about her career and her purpose near the end of the interview, she is being honest and true, and it's amazing to me. I love her.

I have to say, I really enjoyed this entire interview. I have liked Jamie Lee Curtis since I saw her in the original Halloween and I loved her on Scream Queens, and Gaga no doubt I have loved since the beginning, but being able to hear both of them speak about their experiences and what it means to them and what fame represents to them is truly eye opening. I have to admit I am one of those Little Monsters that puts Gaga on a pedestal, but that is only because I adore her so much, but now knowing that she wishes to have those moments rather than it being wasted on a selfie or an autograph really shows just how much we as fans miss so many opportunities because we are only thinking about ourselves, rather than that fleeting moment we can have with someone we look up to. I would love to meet her and if I ever get the honor I would take the time to allow her to have that moment with me than ruining it as she described; hearing both of their thoughts is just fascinating and it is something we all should think about when we look up to someone famous and how it affects them rather than what we want or what we want to take from them, rather than taking we should give them as much as we can back as they have to us through the art they create for the world.

I have friends who randomly hung out with Gaga in Osaka. She met up at this tiny gay karaoke bar near our housing right after her concert and hung out all night (I think I remember they yelled an invite from the audience during the show, idk). Mind you, she didn't know them, there were no cameras and they weren't famous or anything, just fans. Yet she took time from her tour schedule to hang out all night and be friendly. With all her fame and success, she could turn her nose up, but instead she was warm, genuine, down to earth, and made them feel valid. There are some far less famous people in LA that would never give up their night like that! Those that met her were raving about it for weeks. I don't always feel her music but I'm a fan of her voice. She always has something inspired to share. And definitely a fan of her acting, her turn in AHS had that special spark, I'm craving to see more of her on screen.
