Were these sounds created by Jimmy Hart and Howard Helm or did they borrow them from other sources and use them to create the WCW themes?

These sounds and loops came from various sample CDs from late 80s to 90s. Some of them were sound patches from different keyboards. Almost every producer of 90s used a lot of sample discs.
