Hello Sir, thanks for many of the excellent recipes, tried quite a few of them, including puttu+payar+pappadam, ethakka kotappichatu, idiyappam with coconut milk etc. The peculiarity is; we would have tried various versions of them, but when tried it the way you suggested, enjoyment of food is at a different level.
