Some hospitals will absolutely give you an IV to speed up the healing process it all depends on where you go, also he isn't wrong either though sometimes it takes hours to get a room as well because alot of hospitals in the ER especially will try to prioritize which patients need to be attended to first and then go down the list from there.

I've talked with friends who are nurses in hospitals here, and they will absolutely not give you an IV for a cold. The only time they would is if you are having pretty severe symptoms and your levels are low. I had a cold which was mainly congestion and coughing for 6 weeks. They would not give someone like me an IV.

Used to date a girl from Canada, she used to tout Canada’s “free healthcare”… then she went back home to visit her family and she got sick, had to go to the ER and was there for 9 hours with stomach discomfort. They sent her home after saying they couldn’t find anything wrong with her, and she had to go back the next day and wait an additional 5 hours until a doctor finally saw her. 2 Big problem with “free healthcare”, number one there’s not as big an incentive for them to do their job (they’re getting paid anyways), and you as the consumer don’t have as much control over your own treatment as everything’s rationed. Not to mention that it’s not actually free, your taxes are higher if your country has “free healthcare” because the money has to come from somewhere.

Also just to clarify on my comment, I’m down in Texas. I can’t personally speak to Canada’s healthcare as I’ve never lived there or been there. And I’m not saying that to try and make the United States healthcare system look like it’s better. I’m just saying I’d rather live in a free market healthcare system, than a rationed healthcare system.

Microadjustments for all defender cams are broken this season (including echo drones, idk about mozzie drones). Maestro is pretty much unplayable because of that because you can't even reliably zap a drone.

Yeah this was recorded before we were aware of the bug. But the time I notice it on Maestro was the first time this season I thought something felt off. Happy to know I wasn't crazy.

This bug feels absolutely terrible as a frequent Maestro player. Apparently not just defenders either, I've seen people report it on Zero's Argus cams as well. Although, I haven't tested that one personally.

I've been experiencing that maestro bug all season, albeit inconsistently. It's on all cams from what I can tell, you can't make small movements, it feels like your cursor gets stuck and then suddenly jumps if you move your mouse enough

Yo, i dont know what Varsity is on about with the flu thing. If you ahve lost a lot of fluids due to vomiting/diarrhea, they will give you water through IV which does in fact make you feel much better. Not true in the case of a flu/cold that isn't very bad of course.
