Current and future members, understand what you're signing up for. My credit card was compromised several months ago while the gym was closed due to Covid. When the gym reopened I was uncomfortable working out and still uncomfortable so I didn't start up my "month to month" billing on a new credit card. I guess, Vasa has a different definition of "month to month" because they sent the last 4 months of charges plus $100 in penalties to collections even though I haven't stepped foot in the gym since March. When I tried to contact them they said they won't talk to me and I have to talk to a third party collection agency. A call or email letting me know what's going on would have been nice.

They did the same to me! But my app didn't work and it said my account was frozen and my balance was $0.00 I even went back for 10 months and they never told me anything until I see it on my credit report so I say something to them about it and they terminated my membership so they did me wrong just like you it's company is a scam and they won't hesitate to do you wrong I even got blocked from their Facebook page for speaking out about it
