Why not substitute the glue with silicone? It could be used over and over, just grease with a bit of Vaseline between uses.

I would use silicone. Grease first with Vaseline but then a good thick layer of silicone.

Everyone knows a true crafter uses what they have on hand as much as possible. Many people don't have silicone. More people have glue.

It is a delicate glue leaf, still, it may have helped removal later by applying another coat of vaseline to it after peeling it from the leaf and before placing it on the resin.

Spray the leaf with mold release, before coating with the glue, and spray the glue leaf, after removing the leaf, with mold release before putting in the resin. This spray is made for this. You could also press the original leaf into a clay (like Fimo) found at hobby shops. This makes it much easier to remove.

Thank you so much for your lovely Idea I have tried different techniques with leaves include pressing on fimo and pottery clay. This time I wanted to experiment and explore more ways so did this. Will. Use silicon spray next time 😊🌹

All of the colors are beautiful. This is a great idea too. Try doing this very same thing with same colors but a clear or transparent resin to fill it in. Just the leaf is color suspended on the clear resin.

Low Viscosity Let's Resin is my new favorite resin. So few bubbles, and is so easy to work with. I had a hard time finding low viscosity resin on Amazon. This leaf technique looks great. I am always looking for new ideas to try. Thank you.

Maybe add more Vaseline to leaf before putting it on mold on resin. An idea . I didn’t notice you apply more Vaseline to glue leaf only real leaf. 🤞🏼🤷🏻‍♀️
