This article is from the Postulator of Luisa's Cause. Monsignor Rizzi is authorized by the Dicastery of Causes of the Saints which is part of the Roman Curia. It does not get any more official than that.

@@JacobMorrison-l5u I know that you are searching for a pretext to deligitimize the recent announcement. But it is a legitimate question. If it is not on the DCS, I would suspect that is because her Cause is still on-going. I would not expect to see anything announced on the DCS website unless the status of a Cause changes. Luisa's website has been the official conduit for dessemination of information concerning Luisa's Cause. It contained the original article from Archbishop Ascenzio on Jan 2020 informing us of the Suspension of the Cause due to theological questions. I do not believe that this article appeared on the DCS as well.

The Nihil Obstat indicates that there is no contradiction to Faith or Morals. The important point is that it means that the Theological questions posed by the DDF were answered; permitting the Beatification process to continue.
