Hey prakhar, I genuinely appreciate your review videos they surely help. Just a point that you stopped covering the pending works of dwarka expressway butterfly loop near bharthal chowk, airport tunnel 2.7 km, 3.6 km tunnel, underpass with Chandrayan 2 theme, 8 boxes underpass the underpass for right turn for link road to nh48 and other pending works which you know better than me. It's just a humble request from me and other keen viewers to please cover these. Because only you can cover what you cover no one else can. I have requested you this multiple times. Hope you listen to this.🙏 Anyone agrees with me pls let me know.

Try Noida extension much better economical too.Itna paise kiske paas invest karei. Sab investor leke triple pe bechte hei. Government ko khud banake bechne chahiye but aisa hone se raha. Project is good surely

vatika cannot be trusted I bought floor in sector 82, 10 years back ,,, still not received the OC,,, prakhar surprising you are associated with such builder.

This project was stuck since a very long time and now things have turned positive and stuck home buyers will get their long pending flats. I also have a floor in Sector 82 which is having OC. It is very important to have ground knowledge before doing any investments. Take them to court if they are not resolving your issues. In this project the hope is not from Vatika, Experion Group is the hope for completion.

I think swamith fund is behind this revival. But there is a revenue road cutting across this project. Are you aware of it? Builder accepted this when I asked them seeing the project map during site visit.
