If you spend half an hour reading about him you will know he is a chauvinist and russian supremacist. He was never against the war, he dislikes putins management of the war. You cant trust russian "opposition". A year in and the red square is empty, not a single soul. In 1991 the same mistake was made, you let them pave their own path and they fell in the same hole. They are a people of serfs and slaves and dont know anything out of that.

I strongly agree that Nawalny is not a democrat but an russian nationalst or imperialist (which is quite the same). When people cannot remember the past utterings of a politician they fall into the same trap as many did with Putin. But there are exceptions because powerful people in the West are not real democrats as well and as told Nawalny will suit them properly.

@@apokkalyps6 I have now and funny how quickly we forget things as well as how well the corporate news is to making or breaking peoples images of others. That to me is the bigger issue we need to start addressing yesterday. Corporate news has become a danger specially with the power they wield and ability to shape public opinion so effectively. All so the publics fault but then again they are a product of decades of targeted dumbing down of the people. Started with Regan and him flipping everything on its head and has only gotten worse ever since. Things are finally at a point now we have to choose and fight for what’s right and the truth. I'm thinking it was probably the fact that Navalny (the film) winning the Oscar for best documentary was the exact reason why Zelenskyy wasn't asked to speak during the awards show. That, and because the host, Jimmy Kimmel doesn't seem to be much of a fan of both Zelenskyy or talking about the war in Ukraine (judging from his level of involvement during his own talk-show). Hollywood is a weird place. They make millions of dollars for their work, and yet they still need to be given some award for doing their job too? Don't read too much into this crap.
