@@RealSimPilot we’re making progress. I attempted my first flight and got chewed out by tower for requesting pushback before I had my engines started lol. I also couldn’t figure out how to add the waypoints into my MCDU to have autopilot follow it after taking off. BUT, we’re making progress 🤞🏼

As someone who has his PPL and IFR License, you nail these tutorials. I think I read you have your PPL. But you could get your commercial in no time! Hope you keep going if youre in flight school and work your way to instructor! Love the vids, keep up the amazing great work!!!

Real EasyJet Europe A320 pilot here. I would like to say one thing. When you hold short, no part of the airplane can pass the hold short line. In this case the entire cockpit crossed the lines, and you were with you nose wheel siting just above them. You forgot the Strobes btw. The rest was pretty good!

So it's ok to make completely fictional combinations of airlines/aircraft/routes? Like I can fly an Airbus under UAL (they don't own any in real life) between Manchester and London or whatever I want even if this isn't a real combination?

Well, I guess I won't be doing any airliner type flying. Legally blind, and can't see anything in the flightdeck. Also have problems seeing some of the maps. Maybe local vfr, and short hops between local airports will work for me. Only one problem. There are no controllers in my part of the country. LOL Thanks for the demo. :)

Great Job on the videos...learning a lot so far. A few Questions....what pushback did you use? How did you get the flight crew announcements? & lastly, the Ipad on the left, is that part of the plane or a separate program to do the vat sim stuff on with the sim brief? Trying to get as real as I can and like your setup.

Pushback is done with GSX. The announcements and tablet come with the plane. Flybywire A32nx

hello i'm a new subscriber to your channel having issues with msfs2020 in the the control panel view. When i go into world map choose my airplane departure, arrival and gate then fly now in the camera external view whenever i use my mouse for a side view or up/down view it immediately go back to the center view and i don't know why. also how can i download liveries for my airplanes? Please advise if you can

What departure would I expect if the specific airport has no established SIDs? So, a flight from KMDT to KPHL for example. I assume simple instructions to fly a heading to catch the first waypoint? Is this correct?

Unless you know exactly what atc is about to say it can be difficult sometimes to understand what they’re saying over radio chatter, it’s not as clear as if someone is talking to you verbally face to face

That's true. But you are allowed to ask them to say again and also to repeat a bit slower if necessary. It's better than pretending you hear them and just winging it.

Having a really hard time to hear what he said when you asked for clearence. This is seriously the hardest part of vatsim. They're speaking fast and not really the best mic quality in the world. I can't hear him saying runway 05L.
