We probably need a close-up camera for those sort of things, even I was puzzling with those, turning them around and upside down until I figured it out (basically so long as the flat bits touch the ground it's all cool).

easier way to do the chest lid. Before putting on the bottom just turn it upside down, put a spot of glue in the middle and drop the inset piece in, this way you can be sure to line it up right.

I think the KS edition video shows how to do that? I'll have to double check. If not, basically, make the grid out of those four card sprues (the white ones that no one's sure what they're for). That goes at the bottom of the box. Once built all of the components should fit inside that grid. Then place the minis, rulebooks on top then the folded mat. I tend to keep my hardback rulebook on my bookshelf and the mat rolled up so it doesn't crease giving me more room but you should be able to fit everything into the box, there's even spaces on the plastic miniatures sprue to keep components in. :)

even though I like this, I never liked carbon boards for scenery, the more you slide and unside to unbox or rebox, the less thight it gets. It happened with the Everdell tree as well ^^

It's tougher than you think, we've used the same sets for our dispays at game shows, the oldest is about 8 years old and we've had no problems. Also, we glue the little fiddly bits to make it stronger.

I really don't find this video helpfull... why don't you offer an instruction with pictures... i have to search the whole video for special tutorials. I also have to stop and start the video again and again...

Sorry that you didn't find it helpful, we're a really tiny company and can't afford the time or manpower to produce hundreds of instruction sheets. Also, and this is actually a big thing, most people prefer videos, only a tiny percentage want written instructions. We do take all the feedback and try to make the videos better, we're learning as we go along.
