VAUTOUR BLEU - Character Guide and Tier List!

Deatiled breakpoint math: Vautour Bleu's ultimate scales with attack speed only at certain breakpoints. The following numbers are in the format of (# of missiles / atkspd %) and were pulled from s1n: - S0: 5/0%, 6/7.2%, 7/25%, 9/50%, 11/87.5%, 15/150% - S1: 7/0%, 8/7.2%, 10/25%, 12/50%, 15/87.5%, 20/150% Bleu gets 41% attack speed through her Mania Intensity and her third skill being level eight. Casual clears will use Corridor Echo to get 51% attack speed and hit that 50% breakthrough. BFL speedrunners will instead use Nightmare Revelation on one of their support units, still granting that 10% attack speed, but letting Bleu run Belltower. If you're running Lady Pearl, she gives 50% attack speed, making it 91% with Bleu's natural attack speed gains. At this point you should not be running Nightmare Revelation or Corridor Echo as it serves no purpose. This BFL season gives Bleu 50% attack speed. Add in 50% from Lady Pearl, add in Bleu's natural 41%, and you're at 141%. At this point you run Nightmare Revelation on Pearl or another support and you're hitting the last 20missile breakpoint for this season. Keep in mind that going from 15 to 20 missiles is actually ~40% more damage because of the stacking 3% boost from S1.

That was good guide it covered the essential info and was straight to the point, I can sense some nervousness every now and then but that will go away with time. For your next my suggestion would be LL from talking to other players it seems global is still sleeping on her and don't understand how strong she really is.

I had a ton of saved cubes and tickets saved ever since I saw her. Got her to S5 at a very low cost (got 2 VB and an Etti in a single 10 pull), totally maxed out in all skills and ECB too. She is insane this BFL ssn.

Yoooo, congrats on the S5! Quick note that your ult attack speed breakpoint math is different than everyone else's because you're getting 16% attack speed from shackles.

L.L. is her strongest partner. Outside of that, other forms of damage amp, Sinners who can help line-up her AoE through crowd-control or blocking, and other core-breakers to help her break multi-core elites and bosses.

what would you recommend as the general skill priority for Bleu, aside from skill 3?

2 - as high as you're willing to level it 3 - eight, just so you have that breakpoint as mentioned in the crimebrand section 4 - anywhere from seven to ten 1 - five will suffice, you can level if higher if you want

Call me crazy but I'm thinking about Pepper (S3) on Nightmare-Ignition as tank for Bleu team, to help with ramp up and outside of Pearl ECB.

Dude that's a crazy thought that's actually completely valid. HOLY. Never would have considered Pepper. Still, I think that's a cool kids only move. Grabbing Dove and giving Bleu like 27% magic penetration will fulfill that same role and likely deliver better results. You gotta be hitting some juiced breakpoint to make up that difference.

I feel that Bleu seems better at clearing mobs and doing supplementary damage instead of being the main DPS. She doesn't do that crazy single target damage, I think her main strength is that her skill's damage is AoE. In the current season you can make her work as a main DPS because she just gets buffed so much, but afterwards, especially without S1, idk how viable that would be especially compared to buffing any other main DPS

That's a valid take and you may be proven correct in time. For now, I've tried her in Mania Training, RotD, and story stages. She's bursting down bosses that Shalom can't. The 15 SP cost allows so many ults after you get that energy back from the core-breaks, especially when you throw LL into the mix. If Bleu had a 25 SP cost then she'd be closer to being balanced, but.. gee I wasn't expecting such good results. Using conservative numbers, Bleu with 50% attack speed breakpoints, her ult hits for a total of S0:1836% or S1:2763%. Shalom ult, with bounces, is hitting for S0:2896% or S1:3171%. This is not accounting for Bleu's ECB which increases her ult damage by ECB1:10% or ECB3:40%. Bleu has less than half the SP cost and a higher attack stat. Bleu is beating out the gold standard, at least on paper. Shalom autos and deeper shackles are still significantly better. Honestly, I feel like I was being a bit conservative on the tiering, because my wild take is that Bleu might be better than Shalom.

😂 I trust you. Congratulations on S3! That's huge! I'm glad you went as deep as you did, I just don't want to potentially encourage meta-gamers to start spending money when its not necessary. If you like Bleu enough to go deep, go deep 👍
