Great vids. Apart from forging the rods and pistons has anything else been done to the internals? Just machining port and polishing?

@@GizFab the crank case port where the none return valve goes it has a blanking cap there just woundering if you run it like that

@@Vauxaholicx Yes, on a proper high power setup like this, we always blank it off. Its only purpose is to Oil the throttle body butterfly.

@@GizFab I was under the impression that it was to stop boost pressure pressurising the rocker cover and blowing seal out and what not mate tbf

@@Vauxaholicx The one way valve that came from the port served that purpose, however off boost it would create a vacuum, drawing crankcase vapour to oil the butterfly.

Are you doing a cold air feed to filter as that’s going to suck in too much hot air also do you do work on evos as need some custom parts
