Vauxhall mokka warning water in fuel fix

Hi mate, is this the fuel tank? I need to drain out the diesel in my petrol Mokka. Long story lol

@@Harryq. No chap it's in-between tank and engine. Your going to need 12v pump and then contact it to the outlet of the tank.

Hi, Did you take alot of fuel out? I've tried it today and it's still saying water in fuel, did your message go straight off?

Yes I took between half litter to a 1 litter out then when all back together turn key a few times mine went off around half mile down road.where are you filling up.and when u go to fill up again try giving a tank of good stuff every few months. Hope this helps. If not let me know.

How do you know when it's finished draining does it stop coming out?

Thanks for reply just going to drain it now had the messege last night. After drain do i just turn ignition let it refill itself

Yes just turn ignition on for 30 secs turn off then repeat few times and it will prime fuel filter.

I snapped the screw on way back in had to wait two days for rep one 😩😢 just put it in tight ny hand dare not use screw driver now 🙏

To be fair mine not been to bad it's done 156k and still going strong but do ear that a few have has some big probs with there's. So think it's sown to taking care with them and keep up with services and replacing parts with good parts not cheap.

Fuel head jay Well you have been lucky I had two zafiras and they both broke down on me twice in a year. I tried to save some mo ey by buying a cheaper car never again . I'm sticking to VW passats from now on.
