In this video I show you how to correct the mileage on a Corsa C using Op-com.
This car had to get it done due to the cluster being installed, came from a car with lower mileage, so in this case, the correction was to increase the mileage.

Thank you for this video. I did not know this was possible. My granddaughter 2011 Corsa has been having some strange problems. I needed to have the ecm, bum and cluster etc changed. Her original mileage was 70K and the new one from a crashed car is 40K. We are still having a slight issue with it momentarily losing power. I think it is the EGR which has been renewed. When you check it with an iCarsoft pro. In the OB11 mode it comes up with EGR error 99.2%. If you do live data on the ECM in the Opel mode there are no EGR readings. Do you think the replacement ECM needs a software update or am I on the wrong track. Who can amend the mileage. I know I am asking a lot. Thanks for reading my comment and any advice you could give me.

Could be an issue with the tool you are using... Which engine is that? 2011, that will be the Corsa D... the mileage correction cannot be done with Op-com... Requires a different procedure... 👍👍👍

Question corsa d need to swap full ecu kit, kit has higher millage can op com lower it, failing that can the eeproms be changed over or is car pass code stored in the eeprom thanks

Op-com don't think it will help you in that situation... Best way is adjust the mileage on the replacement cluster.... Remember, airbag module is part of the immobiliser on the Corsa D... 👍👍👍

But the procedure will be very similar to this video, plus the writing of the mileage... kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaWwaHt8d5aHr5Ysi=dseiuN2dgtrOUoEf You need a programmer capable or writing the incremental bytes area, as the eeprom on that cluster will be the 080D0WQ or one of its variations...

Interesting video, does this method work on others like the Vectra-c, reason I ask I had to change speedo on mine and to get my mileage on the new clocks I swopped over the Eprom, but if op-com can do it I’ll bear that in mind for future, 👍

It depends of the Opcom's version. You need up to 1.39. What Vauxhall/Opel do you?

Some of those clone firmware versions have flaws... try a different version, and different software versions...

@@Newyork535 OK... To replace the cluster you will need a reset cluster, or the pin code from the donor car... and obviously from your car as well... Or, swap the eeprom...
