Vauxhall Opel Corsa D Headlight Bulb Replacement

Followed your instructions and got both headlights out, both lower torx screws were rusted and worn but upper ones were ok so I couldn’t get the whole lower section loose and the long screw that is under the slam panel snapped while removing on the osf. Haynes manual says to remove neck of filler bottle but access isn’t any better. Thank You 👍🏻

yeah sometimes having big hands is quite a disadvantage lol. i am glad if my 17 year old daughter is around when i do some repairs or wrenching as with her small hands she can reach some spots much easier and quicker 😂

Thanks for the video but I have a question. Dont you remove ALL of the bumper? I saw you removed only the upper and side screws, is it correct? (Because if its work than it would be very good because I dont want to remove all of the bumper...) Thanks for you answer.

Absolutely no need to remove any headlamps. Just simply remove the fuse box cover and screen wash filler neck then rotate the metal clip. Remove the plastic cover and reach in with left hand and pull the bulb/connecter out. Disconnect the bulb and replace. 10 min job.

I have very large hands and you dont need to remove the bumper. for the nearside you remove the fuse box cover and for the drivers side remove the air filter box. takes about 10 mins each. Don loads of these.

Who ever decided to use a self tapper bolt instead of a location lug on the bottom of the headlight should be given his UB40. PS the bulb has a lug on it. That goes to the top of the apeture. .
