Literally had the same problem, and thanks to your video found that the wire had corroded due to water coming in from the seal from the where the wires come into the inside from the engine bay,striped the wires back and rejoined, and the back windows are now working again 😁👍

Great diagnostic, using the data on the scan tool to check the buttons, then finding chopped wires, and understanding the system enough to test the circuit with jumper wires. You make it look easy with your experience and knowledge. Cheers mate 👍

Yes Dave looks very like a ex Taxi( at some point in its life ) ....we pick up ( taxi&meter installers ) .. the can Hi and can Lo at the rear of ..the OBD connector ...For our can bus interface ..That then sends a Analogue...speed signal to the Taxi-meter..enjoyed the Video ...👍

I couldn’t tell from the footage Dave…but if it’s A.C equipped, evaporator drains are also worth looking at. I know you know this…Clients…🤣 Interesting Vid. Good fix 👍

I think Vauxhalls are famous for water ingress, I think it’s the corsa , if the drain blocks on the scuttle then it swamps the ecu , …. Atm my zafira is dry , as I’m not getting much condensation on the inside , but will maybe give it a check soon , cheers Dave , as always 👍

As soon as the video started and you showed the added extras Dave, I thought humm , what has this one been in its previous life (ves), drain holes , massive big hole at the top , tiny at the bottom, stupid idea to put it next to air intakes, but the suit designed it , so it must be shite, sorry right , I bet the underfelt smelled lovely, reminded me of doing accelerator bushes on a Fiat 126 , air cooled , they used to stick on , seat out , carpet and remnants of underfelt, smelled like a terry nappy full of wee 🤢🤮, great wiring repairs, so much extra wiring in that car , Poppy when she tapped her finger , that wee girl knows how we feel every day when we hit our hands 😘

aye mike, don't ya just love the smell of stagnated water in the morning. The sound proofing foam was like well used socks that could stick to a wall. Ya all know the cracking designs out there, cheap and easy to assemble but not so cheerful. Yeah Poppy doesn't like banging her fingers. cheers

Dave our fire service vehicles are blue lighted by a professional company from new who installs it and also decommissions them at end of service life. They do the police vehicles as well.They would never chop out the wires like that as the vehicle has to retain best value for the tax payer when sold at auction. I'm saying taxi and just butchered by a local garage at a price. (assume it has to the moon and back milage)?
