Vex and Percy represent love and relationship you start and plan to continue in future. Both couples represent different looks in life and that's why they are both unique. One of the best animated series i ever watched. 👍

_"What was unsaid will remain so. How can I live with that? How can anyone?"_ I’m glad that THAT was what Vax needed to hear to finally stop running. I’m also glad that of all the moments to have them reconnect, it was a reprisal of one of their most iconic exchanges from the campaign: "I don't want to be alone tonight, do you?" "I haven't wanted to be alone most nights." Also, damn. That kiss was well animated. She knew what she wanted, and I’m glad that she’s the one to initiate. Get it Kiki! I love seeing her be the more confident one in the relationship. I think Percy would have wanted this for them. He did say that Vax deserved some happiness himself. He just didn’t realize that it would come at the cost of his own life. Still, they found love and comfort in the wake of tragedy, accepting that joy today IS worth pain tomorrow.

If she could, she would save all the souls from Orthax and guide them to true death. But she knows that Vax’s intentions were to revive Percival, not guide his soul to the afterlife.

You know, in Season 2, I quite liked the scene where Vax finally talked to the Matron. I thought it was a beautiful and well done representation of a Goddess who has complete respect for what she does and the seriousness with which she holds her followers to. In Season 3, the Matron came off as this overbearing boss who won't let her Paladin have even a moment of happiness. In season 2, her intimidation tactics felt like: "hey I just met you, and this is crazy, but here's my number, so call me maybe." In season 3, her intimidation tactics feel more jealous and bitchy and REALLY petty.

I feel like them not showing it was very much intentional to show that the interaction was more emotional for Keyleth and Vax rather than physical (like Percy and Vex). I also think it was meant to show how it's a very private moment for the two, so I think it sort of makes more sense.
