Very helpful video. I took all the bottom screws out trying to get the brushes out and to clean built up hair and fluff inside them, I still can’t figure how to get into the transparent plastic part where the water dispenses and comes back through, I’ve had mine around 5 months and I noticed it left a mould smell after using, been driving me mad so decided to give it a clean out. I wouldn’t have had to take all the screws out and get jumbled up with what goes where if I had watched this before removing them all! So thank you as now I know for next time! If you could give a tutorial of how to take it apart to clean I would be extremely grateful!

Loved the video, I have one of these machines. I'd really like to know how to clean the clear plastic cover. The bit where the water gets sucked back up. It gets clogged with animal & carpet hair (even though I've vacuumed before hand). Thank you for any advice

Do you have a video on how to clean the inside of the clear plastic front that sucks up the dirty water,it's looks as if it's impossible to clean unless you strip the machine right down,watching your video it looks as if more screws will need to be removed to take the front off

just bought one of these and when i went to use it the brushes wont turn round (its brand new) any ideas has to why it wont work. do i take it apart or send it back

Hi, I was wondering if you could help me, the rubber seal on my machine came off and i can’t figure out how to put it back and water just leaks as soon as the tank is clicked into place 😩 how do I fix this? Does any one know? Thank you all By the way I love this machine, it works well, was very affordable and it’s just comfortable to use.

Don’t waste your money I’m on the 6 th belt is n just over a year. Pet hair will clog it up and it’s just a crap machine.
