Wayanad ദുരന്തത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ ചെലവാക്കിയ തുകയുടെ ഞെട്ടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന കണക്ക് പുറത്തുവന്നു. ഒരോന്നിനും ചിലവാക്കിയത് സാധാരണയിൽ നിന്നും നിരവധി ഇരട്ടി തുകയാണ് . വോളന്റിയർമാരുടെ ഭക്ഷണചിലവായി കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് 10 കോടി രൂപയാണ്, ദുരന്തമേഖലയിൽ വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് ഒഴിവാക്കിയതിന് 3 കോടി രൂപ, വാളണ്ടിയർമാരുടെ ഗതാഗതത്തിന് നാല് കോടി, മൃതദേഹങ്ങൾ സംസ്കരിക്കുന്നതിന് 2.76 കോടി രൂപ, ബെയ്ലി പാല നിർമാണത്തിന് ഒരു കോടി രൂപ.ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് കണക്ക്.
